Sustainable Production Process
01 Waste Toner Collection
- Waste toner cartridge: Genuine or MAX-Toner

- Collection Method : More than 80% recovery rate through the OEM method, which compensates for the price of used toner cartridges.
02 Disassembly
- Process of disassembling collected cartridges by parts

- Components: Plastic, metal, aluminum, rubber, powder
03 Cleaning
- First process: Blow the disassembled parts with air and collect waste powder using a dust collector.
- Second process: Clean the air-washed parts with alcohol (harmless to humans), etc.
04 Parts Inspection
- For each cleaned part, the ones that have reached the end of their life are sorted and discarded, and replaced with new parts. The discarded waste is separated for recycling and used as valuable resources.
05 Assembly
- The cleaned and replaced parts undergo a second inspection during assembly.
06 Toner Powder Filling
- Toner powder is injected into toner cartridges that are fully or over 90% assembled.
07 Testing
- The remanufactured toner is tested. The test goes through 3 stages, checking for defective parts, resolution, and consistency. Cartridges that pass are labeled with classification, production date, toner charge amount, manufacturer, etc.
08 Packaging
- The completed product is packaged.

- Packaging components are designed to be easily recyclable to minimize waste emissions.
